Deadline for registration is November 15, 2009.
After the deadline, add $25.00 to registration fee.

Registration fee payment is due December 10, 2009. If you are not sending it, you are responsible for
seeing that it is sent prior to the deadline.

Your registration is not complete until we receive your registration fee.

The hotel is totally non-smoking. We will make all hotel reservations, including extra nights.
Do not contact them for reservations.

When you click the Submit button, you will immediately see the confirmation page.
Print it for your records.

ASETS and Rotary International are not responsible for any medical treatment and related service
expenses incurred by you and others who may accompany you during travel for and attendance at
the ASETS weekend.
